Cupcakes recipeIngredients needed:
- Flour, 1/4 kilo- Butter, 120 grams- Two fresh eggs- Milk, 125 ml- Sugar, 230 grams- Essence of vanilla, a little- Yeast, two teaspoons
Preparation:
Before starting the development of these basic cupcakes we will turn the oven to 190 degrees to go taking temperature, so be ready when needed. On the other hand we will also sift flour with baking powder and reserve in a bowl.
Now we will beat the sugar and butter in a bowl until smooth and well blended. Then add the eggs one by one, we should not take another egg until the previous one is well beaten with the mixture.
Pour the mixture into capsules for cupcakes, without filling them completely and bake for about 25 minutes with the grill and oven focused on up and down. At the moment toothpick inserted comes out clean, basic cupcakes are ready.

Antes de comenzar la elaboración de estos cupcakes básicos vamos a encender el horno a 190 grados para que vaya tomando temperatura, así estará listo cuando lo necesitemos. Por otro lado también vamos a tamizar la harina junto a la levadura y reservamos en un bol.
Echamos la mezcla en las cápsulas para cupcakes, sin llegar a llenarlas por completo y hornear durante unos 25 minutos, con la rejilla centrada y el horno encendido arriba y abajo. En el momento que al introducir un palillo éste salga limpio, los cupcakes básicos estarán listos.
