Hola, te mando las oraciones ordenadas que querias.
En el primer caso puedes usar la condicional al inicio o al medio de la oración, ambos son validos.

1) If my brother had a dragon as a pet, my mom wouldn´t like it.
    my mom wouldn´t like it If my brother had a dragon as a pet,

2) If the king were a knight , he´d have to defend his kingdom.

3) If I had magical powers I'd turn straw into gold
