Explicación:

Inhale air througheither N or M which travels downard through the WP entering the lungs and filling D which in turns enters the BS traveling through the body supplying M and O. After replenishing all areas of the body the air then exhales leaving D and L traveling now upward the WP and exiting either M or N.
