Ingredientes

3 pechugas de pollo
2 tazas de arroz
1 lata de 8 oz de zanahorias con petit pois
1/2 taza de cebolla picada
5hojas de culantro
Un ramito de perejil
1/2 taza de pimentón
3 dientes de ajo triturados
AchiotePimienta molida
Sal
Aceitunas (al gusto)
Alcaparras (al gusto)

Instrucciones

un y dejar que se cocine por 20 minutosSe agregan 3 tazas de agua (utilizar el agua hervida del pollo) y el arroz. Se cocina a fuego alto hasta que se seque el agua que está por encima del arroz, luego bajar la mecha del fuego y esperar 20 a 25 minutos a que esté listo. Las aceitunas, alcaparras, zanahoria y petit pois se añaden al final cuando el arroz esté casi listo.
