José Francisco Cevallos Villavicencio (born April 17, 1971 in Ancón, Santa Elena Province) is an Ecuadorian retired football goalkeeper, former Minister of Sports in Ecuador and current President of Barcelona, the football club where he started his professional career. Nicknamed Las Manos del Ecuador (English: The hands of Ecuador), Cevallos is considered by many to be the greatest goalkeeper in the history of Ecuadorian football.

José Francisco Cevallos Villavicencio (born on April 17, 1971 in Ancón, Santa Elena) 1 is an ex-soccer player and Ecuadorian sports leader, current president of the Barcelona Sporting Club and Governor of the Province of Guayas. I played goalkeeper. He has acted for the soccer team of Ecuador. Nicknamed Las Manos del Ecuador, "Pepe Pancho", is considered by many as the best goalkeeper in the history of Ecuadorian football. He has won three national titles (1991, 1995, 1997) with Barcelona SC, with whom he has spent most of his professional career, the last national title won in 2010 with Liga de Quito. As goalkeeper of the Liga de Quito, he was a key figure in obtaining the Copa Libertadores 2008, where he stopped 3 penalties in the final against Fluminense. That same year, he was chosen as the best goalkeeper in South America by newspaper El País of Uruguay. As a member of the national team, he has participated in 4 Copa Americas and Ecuador's first participation in the World Cup. Acting more than 80 times, is the goalkeeper who most times wore the shirt of the selection of Ecuador. He is also known for having a foundation that helps young children, especially in football. His brother, Alejandro Manuel Cevallos - «Alex Cevallos» - used to play for Club Sport Emelec.
