Necesito que me ayuden ,preparacion y ingredientes del ceviche en ingles?

-Lemon (Limon)
-Red Onion (Cebolla morada)
-Sole fish (Pez suela)
-Salt (Sal)
-Garlic (Ajo)
-Chili (Ají)
-Coriander (Cilantro o culantro)

Preparation:
-The fish must be cold, put it on the fridge or use ice cubes.
-Once the fish is cold enough, chop it on little cubes pieces.
-Put them in a bowl.
-Add a little bit of salt and mix it.
-Add the limon juice and mix it.
-Add the red onion. You could slice it or not, it relies on your taste.
-Add the garlic and coriander, well chopped.
-Finally, add chii on your taste and serve it.
-Enjoy
