El primero, simplemente poniendo "I will probably go there next year " estaría bien; otra opción podría ser "I am probably going there next year" (Delante de las conjugaciones acabadas en -ing(menos en las preguntas) siempre va el presente del verbo be, que he visto que lo habías puesto mal)
