diferences between has and has not

Well, Has is a positive version of "Tiene" talking in spanish and Has not is the Negative Version 
So we use HAS just with this three,He, She, It 
Has can't be mixed with you or we because that is going to make a bad english.
For Example 
He HAS a nice car
She HAS black hair
It HAS english words.
