Buenas tardes, quisiera solicitarles su ayuda.
Necesito una receta que sea saludable pero en Inglés, se los agradeceré mucho.

A large pot of SOUP OF VEGETABLES

When it's cold outside, a large pot of hot soup is literally the most beautiful thing in the world. You can do it only with vegetables or add proteins like chicken or beans. This recipe is mostly made with vegetables but uses a little bit of bacon and parmesan crust for flavor.

But you really do not need a recipe. You can only chop any vegetables you have on hand and sauté in olive oil in a large pot with the seasoning of your choice. (If you are using chicken, swap it and skip it first). Add a can of drained beans and saute for an additional two minutes. Add broth and bring to the boil. Lower heat to simmer, cover and allow to cook about 20 minutes. If you want noodles, cook them separately and add them to the end. Serve it in (large) bowls and enjoy it.

Ingredients

2 tomatoes, cut in half ½ teaspoon of rapeseed oil. 2 eggs. 1 small ripe avocado 2 slices of whole seeded soda bread. (see that it goes well Pinch of cumin.

Method
1 Heat a nonstick skillet, lightly brush the cut surface of the tomatoes with a little oil, then cook them, cut side down, in the pan until they have softened and slightly caramelized. Meanwhile, heat a frying bread, carefully break the eggs and let stand for 1-2 minutes until the whites are firm, but the yolks are still runny.
2 Divide in half and stone the avocado, then remove the meat and beat the bread. Add the eggs, grind on the black pepper and add a pinch of cumin to each serving. Serve the tomatoes on one side.
