Personally, I consider that there are more advantages, among which list: 

· It helps to cut distances and to be in contact with people from all over the world 
· Because of its portability, we can locate the people where they are immediately. 
· Its low cost. Currently, there are cell phones that integrate video and audio conferencing programs like Skype where calling any user in the world is free. 
· I can combine multiple applications, such as text messaging, voice messages, social networking, photo camera, etc 
· have disseminated news and relevant facts worldwide 
· When mainstream media has been silenced, social networks through cell phones have helped clear the truth.
