Esas son las respuestas: la 3° no la entiendo porque esta re mal escrita, la 5° es have?? o Never??. Esto es lo mejor que puedo hacer. Esto es bastante simple, es Present Simple. Recorda que cuando estamos en Present Simple: la estructura es asi si es para singular (he,she,it)

                Prom + Verb to + Verb + s+ lo que le siga

Ejemplo:   She       is              cooks      in the kitchen

Y para plural es exactamente lo mismo pero sin la s:

     Prom + Verb to + Verb + lo que le siga
