-¡Hola!, oye ¿que estas comiendo?- Una hamburguesa, ¿porque preguntas?-¿Por que apartaste el tomate y la lechuga?- No me gustan-¿Sabias que solo estas comiendo harina, sal y carne aceitada?-¿A que te refieres?-Eso no es bueno para tu salud y crecimiento- ¿porque?- Es necesario comer vegetales mas que los carbohidratos, por que si solo comes comida chatarra, engordaras y te enfermaras.-¿En serio?- Si, de verdad.-¿Que puedo hacer para evitar eso y comer lo que me gusta al mismo tiempo?- Balancear las cantidades que comes de cada cosa y tomar mucha agua tambien.-¿Lo dices en serio? Suena bastante facil- ¡No olvides hacer ejercicio de vez en cuando!
