b)al ser pregunta se cambian de lugar el she/he/it con is, you/we/they con are quedando cómo por ejemplo: He is a doctor. Pasa a ser: Is he a doctor?

Para pasar a ser una oración negativa se coloca el not después de is/are ej: My mother is a teacher, quedaría: My mother is not a teacher, también en vez de not podríamos usar isn't y are't que serían lo mismo
