1.I would say vegetables and fruits.
2. I don´t really like meat, but I consider that a lot of meat could be dangerous to our health, well everything in excess is harmful
3. I'm student and I don't really have enough time to anything, but when I can I got a really healthy breakfast, like cereals with yogurt and some fruits.
4. I like fried eggs so much, because I'm used to cook them with butter, and It's really delicious
5. I would say that junk food, it's too dangerous.
6. Well I think so, I have read about it and people say that green drinks are really healthy.
7. Yes, I have enough time at night, and somethimes I cook tacos, burritos, salad, potatos with something else...
8. You must stop eating a lot of things and drink a lot of green drinks, but I don't think that these kind of methods are beneficial.
9. Well I think that you should know how to control your diet or food, but I think that no so much.
10. Yes, a lot of meat in a trip with my classmates.
11. Yes I really like steamed vegetables because I can keep feeling the natural flavour of the veggie.
