Materiales:
Bicarbonato de Sodio
1 Servilleta
Corcho
Una pajilla
Una botella de plastico pequeña
Hilo de coser
Vinagre
vela
fosforos
Instrucciones:
Coloque 4 cucharadas de bicarbonato sobre la servilleta, una las cuatro puntas y amarre con el hilo de coser, en forma de bolsa, dejando un extremo del hilo de aproximadamente 15cm.
Coloque 5 cucharadas de vinagre en la botella de plastico.
introduzca parcialmente la servilleta en el bicarbonato y amarre un extremo de 15cm del hilo fuera de la botella para que esta quede colgando.
Perfore el centro del corcho e introduzca la pajilla.
Coloque el corcho con la pajilla tapando la botella.
Encienda una vela
Agite la botella manteniendo la pajilla tapada con el dedo indice. quite el dedo y proyecte el gas de la botella sobre la vela ya encendida.
¿Que sucede?
La reaccion del vinagre y el bicarbonato (base y acido) genera formadioxido de carbono que sale por la pajilla. y eliminando el oxigeno por ser más pesado apaga inmediatamente la vela.

vinegar

Instructions:
Place 4 tablespoons of Sodium Bicarbonate powder on the napkin, tie up the corners using the sewing thread, leaving a thread end about 15cm.Place 5 tablespoons of vinegar in the plastic bottle. Enter partially the baking napkin and tie the 15cm end of the thread out of the bottle so that the napkin bag hangs.Pierce the center of the cork and insert the straw.Place the cork with the straw covering the bottle.Light a candleShake the bottle holding the straw covered with your index finger.remove your finger and project the gas bottle on the already lighted candle,
What happen?
The reaction of vinegar and sodium powder (base and acid) produces carbon formadioxido through the straw removing the oxygen since it’s is heavier than the air it extinguishes the flame
