x^2+8x+16= (10x^2-2x) -7x+14
x^2+8x+16= 10x^2-9x+14
0= 9x^2-17x-2
0= 9 (9x^2-17x-2)
0= 81x^2-17x(9)-18
0=(9x-18) (9x-1) / 9
0= 9 (x-2) (9x+1) / 9
0= (x-2) (9x-1)

x-2=0 y 9x+1=0

x=2    y  x=-1/9
