-9x+15y=-12
10x-15y=40
        
 10x-9x=40-12
          x=28..
Ahora hallamos Y " :

2x-3y=8
2(28)-3y=8
56-3y=8
48=3y
16=y

Despejamos la misma variable en ambas ecuaciones

3x = 4- 5y
x= (4-5y)/3


2x- 3y=8
x= (8 +3y)/2

Igualamos los dos despejes
(4-5y)/3 =(8 +3y)/2

Realizamos las operaciones
2*(4-5y) =(8 +3y)*3
8 -10y = 24 +9y
-10y -9y = 24 -8
-19y = 16
y = -16/19

Si y = -16/19 entonce x =

x= (4-5y)/3
x = (4-5(-16/19))/3
x= (76/19 + 80/19)/3
x= 156/19 / 3
x= 156/(19*3)
x= 156/57
x= 52/19


Comprobando para x = 52/19 y y = y = -16/19

3x+5y=4

3(52/19) + 5(-16/19) = 4

156/19 - 80/19 = 4
76/19 = 4
4 = 4

2x- 3y=8
2(52/19) -3(-16/19) = 8
104/19 + 48/19 = 8
152/19 = 8
8 = 8
