CUPCAKES (ingles)
Ingredients:
-1 cup of butter
-1 cup of sugar
-2 eggs
1 tbs vainilla extract
1/3 of milk
1 1/3 of flour
1 tbs. of baking powder
Preparation:
1- Preheat your oven to 350 F*
2-Cream the sugar with the butter
3- Add the eggs, vainilla , and the baking powder and mix
4- Add the the dry ingredients with the milk and mix
5- Finally bake for 20 min.

Ingredients
Candy: Sugar Blend 400g: Milk Egg 12 Sugar 70 g Milk 1 can milk 700 cc vanilla extract 1 tspProcess
Step 1: caramelize the mold
In hot pan, and slowly, put the sugar in the form of rain and go stirring with wooden spoon to be melting even go to the desired point.Acaramelar a high mold and set aside.
Step 2: Make the mixture
In a bowl, beat eggs not integrate much to not have air. Add sugar, milk, essence and further integrate without beating too,
Step 3: Sift the mixture
Remove impurities straining the preparation.
Step 4: Bake the flan
Pour the mixture into the caramel pie pan. Bake in a water bath at low oven for about 2 hours, covered with foil.
Check that is cooked if the move is coagulated.
Step 5: unmold
To unmold, let cool for several hours.
Remove from the refrigerator and take off the edges with a knife. Heat in a water bath so that the candy melts and unmold turning onto large plate.
