One of the advantages is being able to share with the family or loved ones since because of our jobs or trades that we did before this pandemic, we did not spend much time with our family, because of this pandemic we were able to connect more with our children and parents.

We could also play, exercise, help them do chores around the house. etc.

Another advantage that we can witness is rest since with our jobs we could not get enough rest we had to get up early without getting enough sleep, since the quarantine began we did not have to get up early, the schedules changed and the rest hours also .
