Nos dicen que la base es un triángulo rectángulo con catetos 6cm y 8cm pero para saber su perímetro necesitamos la hipotenusa, para eso utilizaremos el TEOREMA DE PITÁGORAS:

Donde:

• a = cateto
• b = cateto
• c = hipotenusa

Ahora reemplazamos:

PERÍMETRO = 24cm

Ahora podemos decir que la arista lateral es lo mismo que la altura.

Así que reemplazamos ya que nos dicen que el área lateral es 144 cm²
