Monica’s weird day
Monica is an accountant. She works at the Central Bank of Sydney. Today is a weird day for Monica, it seems like her regular daily routine has changed dramatically.
She usually walks to work but today she drives because she overslept. Most of the times she wears a red blouse and a black skirt for work, but today she wears jeans and t-shirt because the washing machine got damaged yesterday.
Although her husband takes the kids to school every day, today Monica takes them to school because her husband went to a party last night and got home really late. She regularly listens to classical music on her way to work, but today she and her children listen to reggaeton; they say that classical music is not as interesting and cool as reggaeton.
Some people may think Monica enjoys her day; she loves doing new things so she is happy about this weird day.

El día extraño de Monica
Monica es contadora. Trabaja en el Banco Central de Sydney. Hoy es un día extraño para Monica, parece que su rutina diaria ha cambiado drásticamente.
Por lo general, camina al trabajo, pero hoy conduce porque se quedó dormida. La mayoría de las veces usa una blusa roja y una falda negra para trabajar, pero hoy usa jeans y camiseta porque ayer se dañó la lavadora.
Aunque su esposo lleva a los niños a la escuela todos los días, hoy Mónica los lleva a la escuela porque su esposo fue a una fiesta anoche y llegó a casa muy tarde. Regularmente escucha música clásica de camino al trabajo, pero hoy ella y sus hijos escuchan reguetón; Dicen que la música clásica no es tan interesante y cool como el reguetón.
Algunas personas pueden pensar que Monica disfruta de su día; le encanta hacer cosas nuevas, así que está feliz por este extraño día.
