-Some: se utiliza en oraciones afirmativas y con nombres plurales contables y nombres incontables.

-Any:se utiliza en oraciones negativas e interrogativas con nombres plurales contables y nombres incontables.

EJEMPLOS:

Afirmative:

I have some friends who live near my house.

vemos que el sustantivo "friends" es plural contable y la oración es afirmativa. por tanto utilizamos some.

Negative:

I don't have any friends who live near my house.

Interrogative:

Do you have any friends who live near my house? ----->( al ser interrogativa any)

SUSTANTIVO INCONTABLE:

Afirmative:

I have some milk in the fridge = "milk" es incontable.

Negative:

I don'thave any money

Interrogative:

Do you have any sugar for the cake?
