In August, I went to Amsterdam with some Spanish friends. I stayed at my friend's house in the center of Amsterdam, and had a great time. For me, the most exciting part was that my friend's mother made Bitterballen, one of my favorite foods. We also did some nice walks in the towns around Amsterdam. I got a bit sunburned at the beach, but otherwise enjoyed the cool weather, the food and the beautiful landscapes.
After a week in Amsterdam, it was back to Barcelona, and back to college. I also spent a lot of time reading.
