Since the pandemic started, I still didn't come out once, but also learned some dishes from Peru.

One of my favorite dishes is lomo saltado. This is a typical dish of Chifa food (as it is called to Chinese-Peruvian dishes and restaurants). It has soy sauce and is cooked in a wok, however, there is a Creole flavor that makes it different from any 100% Cantonese food. This tenderloin is accompanied by french fries and white rice.

I like this dish because it looks like Chinese food, and you already know that I love Chinese dishes.
