la pregunta es muy amplia así, pero si fuera por ejemplo una opción en la mano, otra en el bolsillo y en la bolsa podrían formularse así

2. what have you got in the pocket? I have a tissue that I carry in case I need
3. what have you got in that bag? I went to the grocery because I want to make a dessert for tonight, so in here there are 3 eggs, one milk and flour
