La imagen que puse es un poco la explicación de simple presente o present simple. se utiliza present simple cuando especifica un día o se utiliza always, never, etc y se utiliza present progressive cuando no se utiliza eso y además se esté haciendo en el momento porque el present progressive termina en ing que se traduce a ando y es cuando se esté realizando esa acción.
