The whales are mammals. To breathe, whales have a hole at the top of their heads. When they reach the surface, take air in through this nostril. There are two types of whales, the baleen whales and the toothed whales. There are several species of whales, but they are classified, according to the way they feed, into two types, baleen whales and whales.

Baleen whales feed on krill and plankton.  And Toothed whales feed on fish and small mammals.

Some of the whales sing, in particular the blue whale and the humpback whale .  whales can swim very fast like 30 miles per hour .

Whales don't sleep like we do. For rest, the whales sleep with only half the brain to remember to take the air, otherwise they would drown.
