Si te refieres al verbo to-be (ser o estar) Aquí hay algunas oraciones, espero te puedan servir. 

1- Laura is a singer (Laura es cantante)
Interrogativa: Is Laura a singer? (¿Es Laura cantante?)
Negativa: Laura is not a singer. (Laura no es una cantante)

2- You are beautiful.( Eres hermosa/o)
Interrogativa: Are you beautiful? (¿Eres hermosa/o?)
Negativa: You are not beautiful.(Tu no eres hermosa/o)

3- They are in my house for study.(Ellos están en mi casa para estudiar)
Interrogativa: Are they in my house for study? (¿Están ellos en mi casa para estudiar?)
Negativa: They are not in my house for study. (Ellos no están en mi casa para estudiar)
