Primeramente para poner oraciones negativas debemos poner el "NOT",  y como son oraciones en pasado simple pues debemos agregar el DID antes del NOT.  

NOTA: IMPORTANTE nunca se pone en las oraciones negtivas el "ED"

NOTA 2: La palabra went es un verbo irregular, es decir en presente es go
