Bob is described as sweet, kind, fun, happy, hardworking, and trustworthy. He has a toothed grin, an expressive face and a square body that compliments his pure and good nature. Bob will rarely harm anyone. However, he has been seen furious and out of control; and on April 1, April Fool's Day, he tends to make high-impact jokes. Although he is an adult, he has a very childish attitude, demonstrated in the episode "Grandmother's Kisses", as well as in the movie; although sometimes in other episodes he behaves like an adult so he is left as an unknown.

Bob is easily excited about almost anything, like daily chores and things that he doesn't know about.
