Thank for you letter. This is a common problem because people don't stand or sit in the right way. There are lost of thing you can do so you don't need to worry.
First, make sure you get the right chair to support your back. Secondly, think about changing your mattress. You should sleep on a hard mattress in orer to kepp your back straight during the night.
You should also take regular breaks so that you change your sitting position. You should do exercise every day too. In order not to make your back worse, dont go running

I hope that you´re okay.

In these difficult times I hope you are taking care of your physical and mental health, remembering how important they are.

Remember to take breaks while using your cell phone or computer, I hope you are not staying up all night, because otherwise your brain must be exhausted. Walk around the house to keep your legs moving, we don't want you to stay still in bed hahaha.

I know it is difficult to maintain communication because our heads are somewhere else right now but I want you to know that our relationship does not change despite anything.

Remember to eat healthy! Do not take advantage that the gyms are closed to mess everything up hahaha.
