Explicación:
Los condicionales en inglés, constan de dos proposiciones: una condicional, que empieza con "If", que establece la condición y otra principal separada por una coma que establece el resultado si se cumple la condición.
El segundo condicional se refiere a situaciones imaginarias o poco probables.
Estructura del segundo condicional:
La proposición condicional se conjuga con past simple o past continuous y en la proposición principal se usa would o wouldn't + verbo infinitivo. Como es una situación imaginaria, cuando usamos el verbo to be en la proposición condicional, podemos usar "were" en lugar de "was" para la primera y tercera persona del singular para construir el modo subjuntivo en inglés (para situaciones imaginarias).
