In my country the tv quality is pretty good. In my daily life i don't really watch a lot of TV.
I normally would think that the life without TV would be easier. But i have been proven wrong lot of times.
With TV lot of companies make money and these pay another smaller companies so they can keep up LOTS of the world basic needs.
I like watching documentaries and "Adult" cartoons (Not +18 but +16)
Programs i hate are the ones were they say that there is no script but everything is planned from the start.
I don't watch the same programs as 10 years ago. I would watch doraemon a lot instead...
