Me pueden explicar como usar él "much", "many" y él "a lot of"?

Much: se usa con sustantivos incontables.

Many:  Se usa con sustantivos contables.

A lot of: Se usa en oraciones afrimativas. Indistintamente

Ejemplo:

I mentioned it to you many times. (Te lo mencioné muchas veces)

You drink coffe with much sugar. (Tú bebes café con mucha azúcar)

You and he have a lot of  things in common. (Tú y él tienen muchas cosas en común)
