Cheesecake Oreo express
Ingredients
270 g stuffed Oreo or vanilla chocolate cookies
400 grs cream cheese
350 grs milk cream
1 cup sugar
100 grams butter
STEPS
1-Prepare all the ingredients
2-Spread the filling of the cookie covers neatly
3-Process the cookies together with the butter, previously melted and cold. And book.
4-Mix in the processor for a few seconds the filling of cookies, cream, cream cheese and sugar. Just a few seconds to join well. Transfer to a bowl and add cookies cut into large pieces.
5-With the previously ground cookies we make a floor at the bottom of the container. Pressing well.
6-With a spoon we add the mixture to the bowl
7- cover it with a film and take them to the refrigerator for a minimum of three hours.
