Explicación paso a paso:

El presente simple tiene la siguiente estructura

S + V + complemento...

-En las afirmativas hay que agregar al final del verbo modal ( -s, -es, or -ies) solo a los sujetos (he, she, it)

-Para negar hay que poner entre en sujeto y el verbo "doesn't" or "don't".

S + don't/ doesn't + V/ base + complement

- Y en las interrogativas va primero el "Do" or "Does" depende del sujeto...

Do/Does + s + V + complemento?
