It's vacation time for Detective James Carter and he finds out about himself with the Detective. Read in Hong Kong that you wish for more excitement. While Carter wants fun and partying and meeting the ladies, Lee is out to locate a boss of one of the triad bands who may be responsible for killing two men at the American embassy. As the pair stumbled into a plot of counterfeit dollars by Los Angeles crime boss Steven Reign and the triad's boss Ricky Tan, a corrupt former policeman who played a mysterious role in the death of Detective Lee's father. Things get complicated. Throwing in a power struggle between the tan and the beautiful but dangerous Hu Li and the boys are up to their necks in fights and dangerous situations and crazy for life. A trip back to the United States can provide the answers about the bombing, the counterfeiting and the true loyalty of the sexy customs agent Isabella Molina. On the other hand, there may be more excitement that Carter was looking for during his vacation.
