The last Easter holidays, Jimmy and Paul went camping in the mountains. They had a wonderful time there. They get up early in the morning and then go for a walk. in the town they bought everything they needed. In the afternoon they played football, watched the birds and swam in the river. They did not have a television detector, so after dinner they talked for a while and then went to sleep. One night, Jimmy had a very strange dream: they were by the river looking at the moon. Suddenly they heard someone shouting "hello, hello", they turned around and saw a strange creature. It was green and very small. He invited them to go to his spaceship. There they met other strange creatures and a beautiful princess. They sat around a table and ate some strange food. jimmy drank a glass of fruit juice. it tasted good so he asked for another glass of it. after a while he felt a bit strange. oh, dear... he turned green and small like the others. the princess wasn't beautiful anymore and she looked horrible. what was happening? he opened his eyes and... what a relief¿ it was only a dream!
Las últimas vacaciones de pascua, Jimmy y Paul fueron a acampar en la montaña. pasaron un tiempo maravilloso allí. Once up a time a hen named Priscilla who had a dream, she dreamed of traveling to New York someday and having a large family of many chicks there. The hen told her spinster hen friends about her dream, but they think it was an almost impossible dream.
Convinced that she achieves her dream, Priscilla asks her suitor rooster to help her find a map that will take her to that dream place, but she only finds rejection from him because he thinks that despite having wings she cannot use them to fly so far and said her is better think of something else.
However, Priscilla's grandmother did support her and always encouraged her to achieve her dreams because you just need to believe in yourself, have faith and believe that it really is possible, always ask God to find a way to achieve it.
Finally, Priscilla could never achieve her dream but she has not lost faith that one day she can achieve it, what is surprising about this story is that Priscilla uses her example to encourage all her friends to persevere and never give up despite dream are very difficult to achieve or almost impossible.
El sueño de Priscila la gallina
Hubo un vez una gallina llamada Priscila que tuvo un sueño, ella soñó con viajar a Nueva York y tener allá una gran familia de muchos pollitos. La gallina cuenta su sueño a sus amigas solteronas pero ellas solo se burlaban ya que era sueño casi imposible.
Priscila convencida de logra su sueño, le pide a su gallo pretendiente que la ayude a encontrar un mapa que la lleve a ese lugar soñado, pero solo encuentra rechazo de parte de él ya que piensa que ella a pesar que tiene alas no puede usarlas para volar tan lejos y que será mejor que piense en otra cosa.
Sin embargo, la abuela de Priscila si la apoyaba y siempre la alentó a logra sus sueños porque solo se necesita creer en si mismo decía ella, tener fe y creer que realmente si es posible, siempre pedir a Dios para encontrar la forma de lograrlo.
Finalmente, Priscila nunca pudo lograr su sueño pero tampoco perdió la fe en que algún día pueda lograrlo, lo que sorprende de este cuento es que Priscila utiliza su ejemplo de vida para alentar a todos sus amigos a ser perseverantes y nunca darse por vencidos a pesar de soñar con algo muy difícil de logra o casi imposible.
