Amanacio Ortega Gaona was born in 1936 on Bus dongo de arbas león, when he was 13 years old he leave school and moved to Galicia with his family, at 14 years old he worked at two famous clothes shops in la caruña. He got married and had two childrens, by 1975 he opened the first Zara shop, a year later, in 1976 he opened zara shops in different regions in spain, later in 1985 he created the inditex group, by 1990 he opened shops in europe and america, in 2001 he married again with Flora Perez and they had one daugther, finally by the year 2011 he abandoned the position of mananger of the company.
