tomó como pivote el 3$\Rightarrow$

tomó como segundo pivote el -36 $\Rightarrow$

$\begin{pmatrix} -108 & 0 & -21 & -237 \\ 0 & -36 & -3 & -111 \\ 0& 0& 222 & 222 \\ \end{pmatrix}$

divido la primera y segunda fila por 3 $\Rightarrow$

tomó como tercer pivote el 74 $\Rightarrow$
