1. Established in the public square, a fortune teller gave himself up to his trade. Suddenly a neighbor approached him, announcing that the doors of his house were open and that they had stolen everything that was inside.
The fortune-teller jumped up and ran to his house, disheveled and sighing, to see what had happened.
One of those who were there, watching him run said:
-Hey, friend, you who boast of foreseeing what will happen to others, why did not you foresee what would happen to you?
The fortune teller did not know what to answer.
Moral: do not trust those who say they can guess the future of others. They just want to rip us off and take our money.
2. There was once a family of mice that lived in the pantry of a house, but always fearing the attacks of a huge cat, the mice did not want to leave. Whether it was day or night, this terrible enemy had them under surveillance.
One day they decided to put an end to the problem, so they held an assembly at the request of the head of the mice, who was the oldest of them all.
The head of the mice told those present:
- I have sent you to gather so that together we can find a solution. We can not live like this!
- I ask the permission to talk! - Said a mouse very attentive-Let's rattle the cat, and we'll know at all times where you're going. The sound will put us on alert and we can escape in time.
Such an interesting proposal was accepted by all rodents amid great applause and happiness. With the bell they would be saved, because their bell would warn of the arrival of the enemy with time to get safe.
- silence! - The chief mouse shouted, and then said: One important question remains: Who will put the bell to the cat?
Upon hearing this, the mice suddenly became quiet, very quiet, because they could not answer that question. Suddenly everyone began to feel afraid. And everyone, absolutely everyone, ran back to their caves, hungry and sad.
Moral: It is easier to propose ideas than to carry them out
3. The child and the CANDIES
A child put his hand in a container full of sweets. And he took as much as he could, but when he tried to get his hand out, the neck of the container did not allow him to do so.
Since he did not want to lose those sweets either, he bitterly mourned his disappointment.
A friend who was nearby told him: - Conform with only half and you can get your hand with the sweets.
Moral: Never try to cover more than you should, because you will stop.
