Recipe:
FISH
Ingredients
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Unit Purple Onion Chopped into thin strips
1/2 Cup Prepared Maggi® Vegetable Broth
1 Tablespoon Fresh Parsley Finely chopped
1 About Caldo Criollita Maggi®
1/4 Lemon Juice Cup
1 Tablespoon Chopped Garlic
1 Tablespoon Corn Oil
4 Units Weevil fillets
1 1/2 Cup Green, Red and Yellow Peppers Chopped into thin strips
Preparation
1 Season fish fillets with Criollita MAGGI® broth and pepper.
2 In a pan with hot oil, brown the fish fillets for 2 minutes on each side.
3 Add peppers, onion, garlic and parsley. Let cook for 3 minutes.
4 Add the MAGGI® Vegetable Broth, along with the lemon juice and cook for 5 minutes. Mix well and serve.
Spanish omelette with onion and parsley
Ingredients list : 500gr new potatoes, 6 hen eggs, 1 onion, if white is better,
olive oil, 3 tablespoons chopped flatleaf parsley, salt, pepper.
Method
Step 1 - Scrape the potatoes or leave the skins on, if you prefer.
Cut them into thick slices. Chop the onion.
Step 2 - Heat the oil in a large frying pan, then add the potatoes and onion and stew gently, partially
covered, for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until the potatoes are softened.
Strain the potatoes and onions through a colander into a large bowl
(set the strained oil aside)
Step 3- Break the eggs into a jug and beat them with a fork,
then stir into the potatoes
parsley and salt and pepper to your liking.
Heat a little of the strained oil in a smaller pan.
Step 4- Tip everything into the pan and cook on a moderate heat,
using a spatula to shape the omelette into a cushion.
Step 5- When almost set, invert on a plate and slide back
into the pan and cook a few more minutes.
Step 6 - Slide on a plate and cool for 10 minutes before serving.
