we use with verb to be that are; am is are

is-she,he,it

are-you,we,they

she is cooking the dinner

they are going to the beach

we use simple present for activities that we do everyday or like other call the dayli routine

rules:

add s or -es just when the sentences is in third person(she,he,it)

i get up at 5 am
