Ingredients.
12 Oz breast, boneless and skinless.1 Large lemon1 teaspoon oregano1 teaspoon dried parsley1 spoonful of peeled and crushed garlic.Salt and pepper to taste.Utensils.

Wash the breasts with plenty of water and rub them well to remove the fat from the outside. With the chef's knife, and on the chopping board, cut the breasts so that the sections are no more than 1 centimeter thick. (Do not chop them, the longer they stay, the easier it is to season them and cook them.)
Spread the breast slices on the chopping board, add salt and pepper to taste. Spread half the oregano and parsley, and hands (wash them ALWAYS REMEMBER WELL !!!), rub the garlic and the juice of half lemon on the surface of the chicken breasts. Be sure to distribute the seasoning evenly over the entire surface.
Turn the breasts and repeat the process with the rest of the seasonings.
Heat the skillet coated with non-stick spray on a high heat.
Once the pan is hot, arrange the breasts in the bottom (WITHOUT THROWING, but be careful).
Let cook for several minutes, until the edges begin to turn white. When this happens, turn the breasts and continue cooking, and bring the fire to medium level.
