Cold tuna cannelloni
Servings: 4
Preparation time: 45 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 packages of pasta
- 3 cans of tuna
- 1 can of stuffed olives
- 1 can of red peppers
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 1 / 2 can of tomato sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons milk
Preparation:

Bondiola al paquete con ensalada tipo coleslaw ( Bondiola package coleslaw type salad )
Ingredients:
- One pig Bondiola
- Marinade:
- 3 tbsp Mustard
- 2 tablespoons fresh ginger
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons orange zest
- Orange juice 3 tbsp
- ½ tsp Cumin
- 2 tbsp Oregano
- Coleslaw type salad:
- ½ white cabbage
- Carrot 3
- 1 red onion
- Green apple 1
- Spend blonde and black grapes 1 handful
- Dressing:
- Natural Yogurt 200 cc
- Milk 50cc- Garlic 1 clove
- Fresh mint 1 tsp
- 1 tsp lemon zest
- Lemon juice 2 tbsp
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- Sal- Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon honey
PREPARATION:
Season the pork tenderloin. reserve
For the marinade: In a bowl, mix the grated ginger and garlic with orange juice, orange zest, ketchup, mustard, oregano, cumin, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix everything.
Rub the meat with the marinade, place on slices of orange marinade. Wrap in film (three times) and wrapped by closing the ends. Wrap again with foil and bring to medium oven for 3 hours.
For the salad: Cut into thin julienne vegetables and apple. Place in a bowl and add the raisins. Garnish.
For the dressing: in a bowl mix yogurt, milk, grated garlic, chopped mint, lemon zest, honey, lemon juice and olive oil. Add salt and pepper.
