Hola, antes de ayudarte con lo solicitado, permiteme explicarte lo siguiente:

El verbo HAVE, cuando se emplea acompañando a tercera persona, (HE,SHE,IT) sufre una variación a HAS. igualmente cuando en lugar de usar pronombre usas el nombre de alguien o cosa como María, carlos, el perro, etc.
Pero cuando usas I,YOU,WE, THEY mantiene su forma básica de HAVE.

De acuerdo a lo señalado anteriormente, podrás ver que HAS /HAS se acompaña como sigue:
