Necesito una receta corta de alguna comida típica de algún lugar pero en inglés

Ingredients

3 pounds of chicken breasts

16 cups of water

4 tender ears chopped into pieces

2 pounds of normal potatoes peeled and cut

1 pound of Creole potatoes peeled and cut

1 coriander branch

1 bouquet of guasca

4 cloves of crushed garlic

3 stems of long onion

1 cup capers

1 ½ cup of milk cream

4 medium sized avocados

Salt to taste

Preparation

Place the breasts, potatoes, long onion, salt and pepper to cook in water, for about 45 minutes, (until the chicken is tender and the normal potatoes, criollas, are dissolved).
