3(2) + 2y = 16
6 + 2y = 16
2y =16 - 6
2y = 10
y=10/2
y=5
entonces x=2, y=5
realizamos prueba en (1)

3(2)+2(5)=16
6+10=16
16=16 cumple igualdad
