Podrias escribir algo como asi:

One day when I went to school I saw (irregular verb) a dog.
The dog was brown with black spots.(affirmative)
It was not a small dog.(negative)
In fact, the dog was very large.(affirmative)
I ran up to the dog and petted it. (irregular and regular verbs)
I took the dog home with me.(irregular verb)
It is a good dog.(affirmative)
