there can occur some emergencies with the internet when it would be necesary to use a phone

Agree and disagree because you are not going to pay attention to the class and it’s going to be harder for you to have good grades then , and sometimes it’s difficult and frustrating when this type of things happen to you but it would be a good idea if you could use them when you are bored in class you know ? Lol
